Yes, but it might not be as secure as you would like as it would be based on password access. That is, one password that any Hart could potentially use, not individual ones.
If you want a password protected forum set up, PM me with the board name and password you'd like to use. When it's active you'll be given the url and password to pass on to whoever you want - but there is no guarantee that nobody will pass on the details to others.
In future the proboards software will be updated to let people be members of more than one usergroup, at which point we could tie boards to logins, but we have no control over when that might happen as we are using a free, advert-supported service. At the moment the only user group is "Hart", but you can only have membership of one group. This means if you became a Hart member, you could not also become a House Corvidae or Ritualist member: the only way to make boards available to a subset of Harts is to create a password that only those people have.

Things have changed! It's a bit tricky, but it is now possible to create boards and limit the membership without relying on a password. I believe it would require the admins to process adding/removing members and the admins would be able to see all boards.
If you want a new board setting up then let me know and we can figure out the details from there.
